1. Currency and Pricing

All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. The EU countries have tax included in the price, in non-EUR countries, customs duties and related costs may apply.

2. Delivery

The goods are usually delivered abroad within 2 weeks, except the customized products.

In some cases the delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on the transport company and customs procedures.

In non-EUR countries, customs duties and related costs may apply.

If you cannot find the desired country in the selection offered by us when placing your order, please contact our customer support. 

3. Customer service

2kangaroos is committed to providing customer service and quality products. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1-3 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, your order  e-mail our support team: info@2kangaroos.com

4. Return Policy

If you change your mind, you can exchange and return an item in 14 days. The return shipping isn’t covered and refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.

The money will be transferred to your bank account or through the payment method you used immediately but not later than in 14 days since we have accepted the return.

Please note, all refunds are for product only.

5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The return conditions not cover the customized items ( items with your name or logo)

6. Warranty

Our warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if damage is caused by neglect or unreasonable use, or if you change your mind.
